A restaurant with a refined setting, Le Monest offers original, gourmet cuisine, the fruit of your hosts Frédérique and Willy's experience with our French-speaking cousins across the Atlantic. In the kitchen, chef Lionel Lamoureux also draws inspiration from his travels to create beautiful dishes and share different taste experiences with you. Maple syrup and flavors from around the world regularly feature in his dishes.
All dishes are homemade and accompanied by local organic vegetables (from April to October).
Frédérique makes all the desserts herself, and Willy is at work on the pizzas three nights a week (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
In fine weather, Le Monest's tasty cuisine can be enjoyed on the restaurant's shaded terrace.
